Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account. One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.

• Bids are digital credits used to take part in auctions. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
• Each bid placed uses one credit, whether or not you win the auction.
• Purchased bids do not expire. Promotional or bonus bids may expire on the date shown when they were issued.
• Bids are non-refundable except as described in these terms (for example bid returns with Buy It Now, or refunds when an auction is cancelled).

Each auction shows its own rules, including the price increment, the timer reset and any special conditions for its type. Our servers are the sole authority on bid order, timing and the winner. The countdown shown on your device is an approximation.

We may cancel or pause an auction in case of technical failure, suspected fraud or circumstances beyond our control. If an auction is cancelled, bids placed in it are returned to your wallet.

Booked bids are placed automatically on your behalf up to the number you reserved, and you can pause or cancel a booking at any time before they are used.

When you win, an order is created for the final auction price. You must add a shipping address and pay before the deadline shown on the order; unpaid wins may be forfeited and bids used are not returned.

Where offered, Buy It Now lets participants who did not win buy the item at the listed price within the stated window. After payment is confirmed, eligible purchased bids used in that auction are returned to your wallet. Bonus bids are not returned.

Prices, shipping fees and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Items are new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

Contact support within 14 days of delivery if an item arrives damaged or not as described.

Automated bidding software, multiple accounts, collusion and any attempt to interfere with the platform are prohibited. We may suspend accounts, void bids and cancel orders connected with such activity.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
